In the coming summer in Italy there will be eaten about 3,5 billion portions of ice-cream to the total amount of 5 billion Euro. It is supposed also that the most demanded ice-cream will be so-called "ecological" ice-cream, that has "zero mileage". For the production of this sort of ice-cream only local products are used, that need no long and durable transportation: so will be guaranteed their low cost and the minimal atmosphere pollution. In the most cities and towns of Italy there are already shops, specialized in the sales of "local" ice-cream. |
