The melting of the ice in Greenland leads to alarming changes in this country.
The American traveler Dennis Schmitt, who is specialized in the exploration of this country, has discovered an island that appeared only several years ago. This happened surely because of the climatic changes and therefore the traveler has decided to give it the name "Warming".
The American geological service has already confirmed that Dennis Schmitt indeed has discovered an earlier nonexistent island. The satellite photos show that the contemporary island of Warming was not long ago a peninsula - a part of the Greenland's coast. In 2002 it was still connected to the coast with a thin ice bridge and in the summer of 2005 an island was formed. This process shows how quickly the melting if the ices in the last time happens. |
