Chaos in Italian airports

The national Italian airline Alitalia had to cancel more than 350 flights because of the strike of the stewardesses and stewards. According to the prior information, the collaboratives are unhappy with the contract conditions. It is already known that the 24 hours of this strike will impact more than 30 000 passengers. Alitalia has cancelled about 200 internal and about 150 international flights. In the last time the airline that should be privatized according to the wishes of the government, has suffered a series of strikes. Additionally, Alitalia struggles with the growing fuel costs and severe concurrence.
