In the night the temperature was sometimes -18 Celsius. Mostly critical it was for the inhabitants of Capetown, where the hurricane winds took place. The road situation is seriously difficult. The children have to forget for a while about the school. The last time when such extremely cold weather in May was registered in the south of the African continent - was about 25 years ago.
