The Chopin Museum in the famous composer's birthplace of Zelazowa Wola near Warsaw opens this Friday. The Museum has been closed for reconstruction, and now it is opened again for visitors daily except Mondays. The entrance into the Museum will be free of charge on Fridays, reports Podroze.onet.pl. The tradition of Chopin Sundays recitals by prominent Polish and foreign pianists will be renewed with the reopening of the Museum. New Steinway piano will be given at muscian's disposal.

The renovation project of the Chopin Museum and the whole Zelazowa Wola is part of wide-ranging preparations for the 200th anniversary of Chopin's birth in 2010. |
