Trying to attract more customers, mora and more chech restaurants are offering self-brewed beer to the tourists. During the last 15 years the amount of mini-breweries in Prague has increased by 10.
Today in Prague there are about 60 restaurants that are offering only self-made beer. According to the specialists, beer that has been brewed in a mini-brewery is much more better that the usual industrial sorts of beer. Each restaurant becomes very special and individual, inspiring the tourists to the endless voyages from one establishment to another.
Among with the self-made beer, most of the restaurants are offering also original and unique snacks or even special entertainment program. A very good example of such one is the castle in Detenitz, where the tourists have lunch sittin on the straw, the personal responds only to whistle and the local chef-brewer offer the mysterious "beer of love". |
