A private company has opened a route called "The Train of the Clouds" in the Argentinian province of Salta. Now everybody can travel by train over the Ands for 140 dollars.

The sale, valid for all destinations begins on the 25th of January and ends on the 29th of January. The flights for such fares are possible between 3th of February and 29th of March.
