Greenland authorities fixed up new eco tour through the territory of the island allowing the participants see the results of global warming with their own eyes. During the trip the tourist will have the possibility to see the melting of glaciers, and visit a recently recognized island that has been covered with ice before. Greenland government is bound to attract the attention to the question of extinction of glaciers thereby. On the other hand, scientists are afraid that the inflow of tourists may speed up the melting of ice.
