Italian Parliament has approved a new experiment starting in autumn: the entrance to the capital for foreign transport is going to be paid for. A grait part in the project took the city mayor Letizia Moratti.
After paying for entrance, drivers will be given special ticket that has to be under the front glass. Paid entrance appeals for limiting the number of incoming cars, decreasing of air pollution and reducing the traffic.
