Those who give money to beggars will pay fine in Indonesia

The North Sumatra province of Indonesia prepares the law-project that states that if anybody gives money to beggars - will have to pay the fine up to $670. As the Indonesian media reports, the law-project is targeted against the beggars. They expect to have it active already in October

A similar law is already active at Bali. The fine is there up to $500 and up to 3 months of custody.
