South Argentina is full of snow.

Though in these places it is winter now, but nobody expected such high level of precipitation. The electricity transmission lines are broken, school lessons are canceled. To get out of their houses the locals had to clean up the snowdrifts. And those who managed to rescue their cars from the snow had to take lessons of extreme driving. Not everybody has managed to control their vehicles properly.
