A strong storm paralyzed traffic at some highways of Hungary. The general strike came on to Budapest. Here the ground floors and basements of houses were inundated. In Spain because of heavy rains the rivers flushed. The water is getting closer to Barcelona; some built-up areas near the city are already heat a little. Besides that the mud flows coming from the mountains have washed up several roads.
Australia was also damaged because of the nature's whims: an intense storm with hail came down the country. Powerful gusts of wind were tearing off the roofs of the houses and uprooting the trees. Dozens of buildings were seriously damaged. The electric main was plucked off; there is a report about a person who died during the disaster. |
