British network of inexpensive hotels "Travelodge" has announced the opening of a moving hotel room. It is represented with a glass room which is 6m long, 3, 4 m wide and 2, 6 high. There is a double bed, illumination, jalousie, air-conditioner and heating, a TV set, a DVD player, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The room can be delivered almost in every place of Great Britain. The cost of one night is 26 pounds sterling.
As the representatives of the "Travelodge" company think, such rooms will be especially popular for the admirers of the music festivals in open air. It is a lot more comfortable to sleep there than in a tent.
The hotel network "Travelodge" is one of the British companies which develop in a surprisingly fast speed; last year it was the owner of each third new hotel of the United Kingdom. In present it is the owner of 20000 rooms in all.
