Fujairah Emirate's authorities are going to use the ocean coast, mountains and archaeological places of interest to create the first class resorts. New hotel worth of 150 million dirham ($40,8 million), having 220 rooms, will be built within the framework of the project on tourists' attraction at the Fujairah quay. A resort complex Mina Al Fajer Resort, which should be invested with 600 million dirham ($16,3 million) will be constructed in the north of the Emirate as well. The five-stars hotel having 200 rooms will be managed by the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts company. Also there will be constructed 48 villas on hillsides, 13 villas with solar terraces and 80 apartments at the bay coast. The resort will be finished at the end of 2009.
