One more antiwar exhibition has opened in the USA

29 Aug. 2007

Photo exhibition in the honor of soldiers suffered from Iraqi War has been opened in New York. The photos have been made last year at the USA Middle East agrarian town by the American photographer Nina Berman. The exhibition takes place in New York Jen Bekman Gallery. It appears as a yet one example of arts and journalism fusion. The production photos were made for illustration of the article dedicated to the wedding of a soldier who has lost his face during the war by the People magazine request, reports The New York Times. The magazine preferred to publish the general photo of the couple because the close-up view looks too horrible. The exhibition presented the photos which were not published in the magazine.
