In New York people are forbidden to swim in fountains

A new law, forbidding citizens to put legs into the fountain, has been issued in New York. The penalty charged in the case of breaking the law works out at a sum of $50. By the way, the tourists are allowed to throw coins in fountain so far. The law has been accepted in connection with the potential danger for the health of careless citizens who have been chilling, putting their legs in fountain, reports the "Fact news". The representative of City Parks department Adrian Benepe has notified that the water in fountains is not chlorinated, so it may contain various types of bacteria being a carrying agent of a number of diseases. Furthermore, there is a lot of sharp objects, which are also dangerous for human legs.
