On the 8th of September in the Uher Hradishte the "Days of the European Legacy" festival will be opened. Monuments and other sights will be opened which are closed for public visiting in usual days.

This year more than 1 thousand historical and cultural monuments of the Czech Republic have submitted applications for participation in the festival. In Czech Republic there are many preserved castles - more than 300, which is more than anywhere in Europe. In many places the cost for a visit will be considerably lower than usual and in some places you will be able to visit monuments even free of charge. The stock will last till the 16th of September.
