Yet another book in the series of "Gastronomical guides" has been issued in Czech Republic. All the lovers of Czech food are necessarily worth of buying it. This time the issue is dedicated to the south region of Czech, where are situated such beautiful Czech cities as Tabor, Czech Krumlov and Czeske Budeevize. The medieval venta in Pisek is also mentioned in the list of places recommended to visit. It is a "branch" of the famous venta in Deteniz, and the atmosphere of the old times is simulated there. Every weekend a historical performance is held here. The author of the book strongly recommends to visit Supina and Supinka - two seafood restaurants in Trjeboni, where you can taste the freshest just fished out carp.
It is worth to pop of Krumlovsky mlyn in Czech Krumlov and also hotel Maly pivovar in Czech Budeevize. But gourmands speak highly of Balta restaurant in a small town Sedlez. It is one of the favorite places of Furmanov Brothers, Irji Menzel and other Czech celebrities. Here took dinner a famous Hollywood film actress Merrill Strip.
