Mexico sets a new record related to the incomes from the tourism sphere. According to Rodolifo's Epizondo Torres data, which is the minister of Mexico Tourism, the country enriched with 8 million dollars during the first 7 months of this year due to tourism and that is with 8.2% more than the same period in 2006. The government of the president Fillip Calderon considers that tourism is progress' engine and one of the most possible ways of fighting against poverty.
As a source of foreign currency income, tourism is on the third place after the oil export and emigrants' money transfer. Country's tourist activity is confirmed by the results of 2007 year. 13.2 million of foreign tourists visited Mexico during the period form January till July.
