A vast museum dedicated to the history of cinema and the Academy Awards will be constructed in Los Angeles. The project of the museum will be created by the famous French architect Christian de Portzamparc, who has constructed skyscraper of the Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton holding in New York. The foundation of the construction which will be laid on the area of 3, 2 hectares, will be placed in the center of Hollywood not later than 2008. The end of construction the building is planned for 2012.The museum will be located to the north of legendary Hollywood inscription. The president of the Academy Awards Sid Genis has noted that it is very important for film-academy "to choose the responsible and serious sponsor of the project and to create impressive design".
