More than half of European air carriers will be forced to close their web-sites in case they do not manage to eliminate their problems, specified by European consumer protection experts by the end of this year.
It has been revealed that more than 50 % of such sites misinform Internet users concerning their prices and conditions of contracts. The infringers, who will not eliminate these lacks till December, will be penalized or they will get the instruction to close their resource.
Most of these tricks were discovered in Belgium; only 2 sites from 48 investigated didn't "lie". The most reliable were the sites of Austrian airlines. |
