Fifth Avenue in New York is the most expensive commercial place in the world

17 Nov. 2007

A part of the famous Fifth Avenue in New York is considered as the most expensive commercial place in the world according to its rent price. There are a lot of luxurious shops there. Nowadays the average rent price of one square meter per year in this area is $16 thousand. Stylish shops of such trade marks as Gucci, Sax, Versace, Bergdorf-Goodman, etc. are situated directly along this small part of the avenue between 49-th and 59-th streets.

According to expert evaluation, in spite of incredible rent price for these premises, it is difficult for other areas to compete with the Fifth Avenue in popularity among tourists, and so, in number of potential buyers.
