North Korea, one of the most isolated countries in the world, has opened the city of Kaesong on the border with South Korea, the ancient Korean capital, for tourists on Wednesday. Tourists, reserving tours, should fill all the necessary papers and pay $195. For this money they will be delivered by buses from South Korea to the border and will be able to take a look some well protected places in Kaesong.
