A giant creation of pastry-cooks of the south Indian state of Kerala pretends to the status of "the highest Christmas cake in the world". Ten best masters, invited to the hotel "Uday Samudra", situated at the popular beach resort Kovalam, have been working eight hours a day during three weeks.
The "height" of the confectionery exceeds 9 meters and 30 centimeters. The total weight of the cake makes up 2.5 tons. |
