This festival doesn't have a long-term history yet - it was held for the first time in Florence in the year 2005, though it already took the fancy of Italians, as well as tourists. It is expected to be twice as much audience this year, as compared to the previous.
The next "handmade" chocolate festival will take place on January 24-27 on the Santa Croce square. Here one could not only taste non-factory chocolate, but also enjoy the process of its production.
This sweet joy is covered by the "Florentine Winter" campaign. That is why, besides tasting chocolate, visitors can also enjoy musical events, humorous competitions or even take part in "Chocolate Night" costume party. |
