To congratulate friends and natives on Christmas each Spaniard sends on the average 33 SMS. It is the most widespread way of a congratulation of relatives with a holiday in Spain.
Such results have been received during the interrogation carried out on the site Movilonia.com. According to the research lead among 1254 people, the SMS-message became the favorite form of a congratulation on a holiday, 24,8 % of the respondents have used it, preferring this method to the traditional Christmas cards (11,2 %) and usual phone calls (15,6 %).
As to coming New Year, the leading Spanish Telephone Company Telefonica and operator Vodafone have assumed, that at night between the 31th and the 1st in a network will ply more than 200 million SMS. |
