First-class passengers of German trains will be fed for free

German Railways with the introduction of new schedule improve the service for first-class passengers. Beginning with the next week in the first-class carriages of high-speed trains ICE free snacks, beverage foods and newspapers will be offered. Besides that, conductors will appear over there - previously there was no special service staff in these carriages.

Moreover, at large train stations the salons for first-class passengers will appear where it will be possible to have a snack and to use free access to the Internet. Such salons are already equipped at main train stations of Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, next ones will be the train stations of Frankfurt and Cologne. Standard price of the first-class ticket Munich - Hamburg (5,5 hours on the way) - 185 ¤, Dortmund - Cologne (1,3 hour) - 43 ¤. In case of preliminary buying of back and forth tickets and journey in a company - significant discount can be received. For example, for two passengers back and forth tickets Munich - Hamburg will cost from 277,5 ¤, for three - from 370 ¤, for five - from 555 ¤.
