Air company Nepal Airlines for another time was forced to stop international flights in the absence of the airplanes. For such flights company has two Boeings 757; however one of them half a year yet can not fly because of the problems with the engine, and the second one was sent for the entire second half of December to the regular equipment checkup. Before this time during half a year it has been working hard for two - with its help the company has managed to make two flights in a week from Kathmandu to Dubai, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong and three flights to Delhi. All this flights are canceled at the very least till the end of December.
In summer Nepal Airlines shocked the public with a new method of technical problems overcoming - trying to propitiate the gods, it sacrificed two billy goats right on the field of the Kathmandu airport, in front of the head of one Boeing 757. It is not ruled out that this helped the plane to stand out the tough schedule of flights in this autumn. Now the airline expects that the second plane will return to the ranks by March and it will be possible to extend the schedule with new flights. |
