Rich snowfall paralyzed the capital of Jordan

Today the capital of Jordan - Amman was buried under the snow. The rich snowfall has particularly paralyzed the activity in this city because of the numerous traffic jams. Also because of this quite rare occurrence in this location the lessons in schools were canceled.

The snowfall was also in the northern and western part of the Hashemite Kingdom. Since wednesday the weather is unusually cold, accompanied with the pouring rain and hail.
