The International Community of rail road travellers published a list of tourists' trains top 25 in the world. The places within the top 25 list weren't divided.
The list includes: European Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and Danube Express; Swiss Glacier Express; Spanish El Transcantabrico and Al Andalus Express; Scottish Royal Scotsman; Indian Palace on Wheels, Toy Train and Deccan Odyssey; Chinese ShangriLa Express, Eastern & Oriental Express in South-East Asia; South African Blue Train and Pride of Africa (Rovos Rail); Canadian Royal Canadian Pacific, Canadian Rockies Steam Express, Rocky Mountaineer and Canadian; American GrandLuxe Express; Mexican Sierra Madre Express; Peruvian Andean Explorer ? Hiram Bingham; Australian Ghan, Indian Pacific and Sunlander; Russian Golden Eagle - Trans-Syberian Express (Zolotoy Oryol - Transsibirskiy Express).
The trains were picked out according their level of comfort, service panoramic view of the route and offered tourist entertaining program. |
