A building project of a 5-star hotel in the form of a vertically standing wheel has been published. The hotel will become a part of a new region 'Promenade Dubai', that will raise to the south of the entrance to an artificial island called 'Palm Jumeirah'.
The new area includes 7 high-rise buildings with 2 000 apartments, sand bank for walks, a harbor, restaurants, cafes and trade centres. The 'Promenade Dubai' population will comprise 10 thousand people.
In the end of the first quarter the digging phase will be completed, during which 750 thousand tons of stones and 650 thousand square meters of sand will be lain the foundation of construction site. |
