Tourists leave behind in hotels their false teeth and brilliants

22 Jan. 2008

On the web-site of the famous British hotel network Travelodge they have published the list of items most often left behind in rooms of the hotels of Great Britain in 2007. Mobile phones and chargers were on the first place, items of clothing - on the second. It is remarkable, that the number of left behind sex-toys grows: if in 2005 they were not included into the list of often forgotten things at all, and in 2006 they were on the sixth place, in the last year they reached up the honorable third one.

Books, cosmetics, lap tops, jewelery and false teeth are also popular. The most bizarre items left behind are the following: a Lord Mayor Chain, an urn of ashes, a glass eye, Pet Persian cat, a child, suitcase full of diamond jewelery, lucky charm Buddha necklace, keys to a Bentley, a helicopter model, antique gold necklace worth $24,000.

Besides, Travelodge recorded considerable increase in a number of the guests, who look through porno channels: 42% of its guests do this and they are mainly women.
