The captain of the plane of the Alitalia Airline, who led the flight from the Milanese airport "Linate" to Bari had to discontinue the take-off because of the interference in the functioning of the navigation equipment. Admittedly, they were caused by functioning cellular phones of some passengers. The crew found 3 people who didn't turn off their cellular phones even after thrice-repeated notifications.
The plane came back to the terminal where those passengers were arrested by the police. They are in danger of imprisonment. As a result the plane took off 1.5 hours late. |
