According to the German magazine "Aero International" with reference to data of the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau JACDEC, Africa remains the most dangerous region for air flights. However, the magazine reports that the biggest number of victims is registered in Asian and Pacific region with 34% of all accidents with lethal outcomes that took place for the several previous years. In Europe and the North America where intensiveness of flights has increased, the level of flights safety has risen. In 2007 Europe suffered no air accidents with lethal outcomes; and only two people died in the North America the last year. |
