According to the latest research, the amount of budget hotels in the world is headily increasing: the hotels of a moderate cost but of a good quality are popular both among students and businessmen. Only in Great Britain the amount of budget hotels has increased for 38 % over the last 4 years; and according to the forecast of analysts, by 2027 the amount of such hotels will come to one fourth from the total amount. A great demand for budget hotels is observed also in China: the tourists who visit the country prefer to pay for the accommodation not more than $50 per night. The leading Chinese chain of budget hotels is the Home Inns, which have built 400 hotels over the last 5 years. The most popular brands in Europe are Hoxton, Big Sleep, base2stay and Yotel.
According to the analysts, today many businessmen prefer inexpensive but new and clean hotels to those ones which are of unreasonable price although badly overhauled. |
