The Czech meteorologists predict the return of the winter: in the nearest days there are rich snowfalls expected. In the mountains there should fall about 30 cm. of snow and in several regions - about 50 cm.
Strong wind and snow is expected in Moravia and Silezia, that are located 400 meters over the sea level. After that the cyclone should move to the west and cover the central and southern regions on the 300 m. over the sea level. In the whole eastern part of the republic a strong wind is expectsd. On Wednesday the wind should weaken but the cold temperatures will remain till the weekend. The same weather is forecasted for these days in Belgium and Swiss: the meteorologists say that the late winter comes to Europe. |
