Cuba has put off the prohibition of the cellphones usage by the civilians. Till the recent times, the usage of the cellphones was allowed only to the foreigners, employees of foreign companies and the representatives of the authorities.
The decision about the restriction of the cellphones was preceded by the revocation of the prohibition of the free sales of computers, television sets and video tape recorders.
In the past month, the new governor of Cuba was elected Raul Castro, who has promised to revoke some "redundant limitations" at the beginning of his work. |
