According to the calculations of the Lodging Econometrics (LE) company, the hotel capacity in European countries will be increased with 93 669 rooms. Already 59% from the total amount of hotels, and this makes already 52 800 rooms, are in the ready state, 14% will be built in the nearest 2 months and the rest 27% are in project. More that the half of the new Hotels will be categorized as 4 and 5 start and will be located in the central parts of the cities or near the airports. |
