Shopping in London is by 25% more expensive than in New-York

According to the research, held by the economists of the Swiss National Bank UBS, the European cities become most expensive in the world. The three leaders are Oslo, London and Copenhagen. The fourth place has been taken by Dublin. The American cities are backing up because of the weakness of the US dollar: New-York has taken the 18-th place, being left behind by Tokyo and Brussels.

According to the experts, shopping in London will be by 26% more expensive, than in New-York. Among the Asian cities, Tokyo remains at the first place, followed by Seoul, Singapore and Hong-Kong. The cheapest are Kuala-Lumpur, Buenos-Aires and Mumbai. For the locals, the rating seems to be slightly different: After the London, Oslo and Copenhagen comes New-York: the housing rent in these cities is very high. The highest salaries are registered in Zurich, and the lowest - in Jakarta. Delhi and Mumbai.
