On Friday in the early morning at the western coast of the Southern Island of the New Zealand there was an earthquake with 4,6 Richter magnitude.
The underground quake has been registered in 60 kilometers to the south from the Hokitika at the depth of about 2 kilometers. This information comes from the GNS Science institute. The earthquake could be noticed along the whole western coast.
