On the 3-rd of May in one of the London railway tunnels there will be an exposition of the famous graffiti authors opened. 40 graffitists from the whole world will take part in The Cans Festival, including the famous London art-terrorist Banksy and the Netherlander Hugo Kaagman, the Norwegian artist Dolk, the Argentinian artist Federico from the "Run Don't Walk" team and others. Besides, the visitors of the festival will be able to take part in it, painting their own work at the walls of the tunnel.
The exhibition will be opened for free to the public from 10 a.m. till 10 p.m. According to the representative of the Eurostar company, that owns the tunnel, the graffiti will remain on the wall at least for 6 months.
The exact address of the exhibition has been revealed to the thrilled public a day before the opening. This is Leake Street, London, SE1 7 NN in several minutes of walk from the famous attraction London Eye near the Waterloo subway station. |
