Luggage lost in Heathrow will be burnt

13 Apr. 2008

The administration of the London Heathrow airport has ordered to burn all the luggage that has been lost during the problems in the functioning of the new terminal. The owners of 28 thousands of bags and cases are hardly to find out.

The Italian company that has the contract with British Airways for the sorting of the luggage has confirmed the suspicions of the journalists. "All bags that cannot be identified will be burnt in a garbage burning oven",- tell the representatives of the company. The owners - if they appear - will receive compensation from the airline.

Though, not everybody has to count on this compensation. The supermodel Naomi Campbell that has arranged a scandal because of the luggage has been included into the "black list" and expelled from the flights of the airline for the lifetime.
