An African elephant has been brought to the occasion to the beach of the Neindorf town. The kind giant has eagerly helped every volunteer to prepare for swimming, showering them with cold water - the temperature of the coastal water was not higher than 9 Celsius.
But after this procedure, the swimmers weren't frightened by the temperature anymore. Those who got to the end of the pier have got the symbolical courage prize - a duck toy. |
