According to the information of the USA touristic association, 58% of the travelers are guided by the culinary opportunities or participation in various culinary or wine tasting events while choosing the holiday location.

Many countries have begun to organize special "culinary excursions". The "most tasty" cities of the world seem to be Barcelona, Boulder (Colorado, USA), Charleston (South Caroline), Las Vegas, London, Montreal, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco and Vancouver.
