New York has been considered as the "starting point" with the rating of 100 points. The city with the highest ecology, healthcare and hygiene levels, is Calgary in Canada that has gathered 131,7 points. The second place went to Honolulu. The third place took Helsinki. The top ten consists of Ottawa (127,2), Minneapolis (125,7), Oslo, Stockholm and Zuruch that have gathered 125 point, and the Japanese Katsuyama (123,8). The tenth place have taken Bern, Boston, Geneva, Lexington, Montreal, Nurnberg, Pittsburg and Vancouver.
