The Singapore Airlines has got the top points in the research of the British magazine for the consumers "Which?". The magazine has polled it's readers about the satisfaction of the service of the air carriers. 85% of the reviews about Singapore Airlines were positive. The following places took the Indian Jet Airways, Air New Zealand and a small British regional company Palmair.
About 30 000 of readers took part in the research. They have appreciated the tidiness of the cabins, comfort and the price/quality rate. The hight rates got also Air Berlin, Wizz Air and Lufthansa. The leading European low-budget carriers Ryanair and easyJet have received approval of 47% and 59% respectively. Absolutely worst appraisals have got Iberia and Air India - 27% and 32%. Also the resort directions airline "Thomas Cook Airlines" has been criticized. |
