The Forbes magazine has announced the list of the most criminal European capitals.
The most dangerous one among the EU members has been considered the Latvian Riga - it takes second place in the general list. The criminality level grew by 4,8% here from 2003 till 2006 and in 2006 there were 64 criminal gangs registered. The leader of the top is Istanbul. Currently Turkey is only planned to be the member of EU.
