Meal vending machines of the London Brasserie Express UK company have been installed in the British hotel networks Express by Holiday Inn Castle Bromwich and Express by Holiday Inn NEC Birmingham.
The guests can get their hot order already in two minutes.
The client chooses a menu on the display of the machine (there is a dish picture, information about the used ingredients and the price). After the choice is made, the dish is automatically transferred from the fridge to the oven - the preparation process takes only 90 seconds. While the dish is being cooked, the client can get his change, listen to the music or watch a video on the screen of the machine.
There are traditional English breakfasts, pizza, snacks, roasted food and more in the menu. The choice of the meals can vary according to the demands of the client. The quality of the food is not worse that that from the traditional snack bars. |
