In the Italian Switzerland has been opened a restaurant that is dedicated to the digit 7. The chief-cook of the restaurant - Ivo Adam has adored the number 7 since he was a child. He is even born in the year 1977. In this thematic restaurant the high cousine menu is built around this magical digit: 7 sushi sets, 7 kinds of vegetable salads, 7 types of pasta and rice, 7 fish dishes, 7 meat dishes, 7 desserts and 7 kinds of ice-cream.
The only exclusion of this array is the wine cellar - there are not only 7 kinds of wine and even not 77 - but 160 and more than a half of these are local wines.
The habitat of the establishment is also quite original - everything stimulates here not only the appetite, but also fantasy - the walls are decorated with slices of wood trunks; the restaurant has designer furniture and unique approach to the dish serving.
And of course, the spacious terrace offers a splendid view to the city and the Verbano lake. |
